I decided to take the plunge for this card after finally getting a pre-approval. I'll give as many data points as I can, but feel free to ask me anything.
I get bored and check pre-approvals from time to time and I was always getting the "too many capital one accounts" denial. I did the tradeline transfer and closed one of my quicksilvers (I did have 2 quicksilvers and 1 savor). A month after closing the quicksilver, I started getting pre-approvals for the venture one. I held off because the venture X is what I wanted. When I checked today, I got the preapproval for all 3 travel cards so I applied and was approved.
Fico 8's were Equifax 661, Transunion 681, and Experian 716.
The score that they gave me on the credit score disclosure was 638 (Transunion). I believe this is the mortgage score that myfico gives you.
Other DPs:
Income: 114k
AAoA: 22 Years
Average Age: 7 years 9 months
Credit Limit: 10k
Delinquencies: 1 on Equifax and Transunion that re-aged (story for another day)
Burned Cap1 in past for almost 10k between 2 cards
Once all my reports are clean, I'll apply for the Bilt and then I'll relax (maybe another navy card as well).
One last thing, I don't see anything about the 75k bonus offer, travel credit, etc but I'll wait until i get the card in the mail and let y'all know. Seems weird it wasn't in the email i got or on the app.
