I've been mulling this one over for a while but decided to go for it before the two other new accounts post. I enjoy getting $10 off each line but I'd rather not pay directly from my checking account. The Verizon Visa card solves this problem plus gives a little something back.
I filled out the form and hit go button, then got the 7-10 day message but no HP. I figured they might not like my VPN so I called into the number given on the screen (oddly the Verizon visa customer service number) and got transferred to a person who just needed to verify it t was me. Once I told her the correct code she texted me, I got the notifications of a HP on TU and EX. She then congratuled me on my approval for $6K.
Not too bad right out of the starting gate. I got an email congratulating me a few minutes later:
I've set it as the default payment and it should bill the new card in the next ten days or so. I'm definitely in the Garden for a bit.😉

I've tossed two of those mailers in the trash over the past year -- cannot afford an EX pull 'til at least 2023.
