I've had my discover card since September '18 - first card of my rebuild with a 500 limit. I was able to get a requested CLI of 1000 I believe in February and an additonal 200 in March. I've been hitting the luv button every month since with no luck - as late as my last statement cut on the 5th. Well to my surprise I received an email about my cashback balance today and opened my app and there it was. I had received an auto increase of 4000!!! I closed it out and opened it again multiple times to make sure it wasn't a mistake 
I'll take that 9 month 5200 growth!

That’s awesome! Congrats!! I got my card at the same time as you, $500 as well. Can’t get past $1,500 CL at the moment. What kind of spend do you put on it? Would love a surprise like that lol.

Thanks! I actually don't put that much spend on it at all - about a couple hundred a month. This month was the first I carried a balance of 290. I don't know if it being a student card (unsecured card, adult student, second career but student all the same 
) had anything to do with it. I received an email last month to verify that I was graduating in May and I did. Maybe Disco has faith in me lol.
Congrats, thats a huge auto . They usually reserve those for those at the big kids table
