CC congrats on the VA approval. It will grow and jump well past that SL. As for the SGV nothing with passing on it if it doesn't fit your needs currently. It will be there.

Haven't seen the card in person as just got approved for it yesterday. I am sure others can answer this question whom have the card.  It is possible to get it through a SP, although more than likely it will be a HP as in my case.  Someone recently got it via a SP though.  Count on a HP and if you luck out then it will be a SP.
