I app'd for the Wal-Mart card on June 4, 2013 and was instantly approved for a $400 limit.

I had read that GE is good with CLI's every four months, but I wanted to take advantage of the 18 months interest free, so I decided to give credit solutions a call. They approved me for a $400 CLI, effective immediately . I'm so excited, especially since I've only had one statement so far.
