Walmart and Amazon store card CLI's

Just got CLI's on my Walmart card - $1200 to $3500 Also my Amazon card - $1400 to $4000 I used chat for each one - I ALWAYS was denied via LUV button. I would always try about once a month and nothing... I have had Walmart for 2 years and Amazon for almost 4. I kept reading all the folks here using the chat so I thought I would give it a shot. Man you guys are awesome. hahaa Man - those CLI's feel GREAT

When you say "chat", is this a feature available on the Walmart and Amazon site? Or is this via Facebook? If it's Facebook , is there a way for folks to chat who do not use Facebook?

Yep, I used the chat button when logged into my online account, not Facebook.
