As the others have said, Discover is very good about getting their cards to their new customers. Part of their outstanding customer service, I suppose, to get the cards sent out expeditiously. 2-3 day delivery time sure as heck beats some of their so-called higher tier competitors.
They are awesome, I think I had my card in 2-3 days after approval. Way better than the 14 days it took to get my last AMEX card. Although not as good as my CSP, I literally applied one day and had the card the next!
