@credit_endurance congratulations on your SP CLI I'm coming up on my 6 month time frame and was always wondering where to go for a CLI since there's no love button on the mobile app or online screen. Is it not able to do this online or is it strictly call in to CSR only? Appreciate your input when you get a free moment.
