Wells Fargo Autograph Approval

Been looking at this card for the combination of cell phone protection insurance, general all around great reward categories, and the extra 3x points for just paying your phone bill.

I tried the pre-selected page, but nothing showed up. Decided to take the plunge anyway. I'm at 4/24 for apps though and had 6 inquries on Experian, which of course is what they pulled. Can't seem to get anyone to pull Equifax which has 0 inquries... FICO 9 of 686 with a charge-off from 4 years ago on my report and some lates from 6 years ago. I also burnt Wells Fargo for about 6k back in 2009. I do currently still have a checking account with Wells, but it's pretty dormant since I moved to Chase.

Suprisingly, approved instantly for $8,000. I'll happily take the $300 worth of introductory points, thank you Wells Fargo. Already used it twice on the way home with the instant credit for digital wallets.
