Well that's disappointing. I've read though that it's possible to PC to Siggy but via invite only. Do you know if there's any truth to this?

Congrats OP.  WF won't PC at customer's request unfortunately.  You have to wait for an offer.  I'm sitting with a WF Cash Back Platinum Visa with a CL of $37,500 and they won't upgrade to a signature version for nothing.  I still love WF though.

Looks like what 12njoy said is correct. You must wait for an offer. FWIW, I sent a secure message to WF today and here's what I got:
