This is the first time they didn't tell her the only option was a HP because I started the call and then handed it off (I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt that this was a coincidence or that we talked to the premier services team).
$700 isn't a big CLI (still more than the $300 that Discover has ever given on her sandboxed card), but it's an increase at all and movement in the right direction. Now to go update my signature.
