They've really warmed up to ya, B! Congrats.
I'm still hopeful they can raise my limit on the Propel card to $10k.
CONGRATS . . .

Ron.
Hello Ron, Congrats B335. Unfortunately, WF will slip that non Visa Signature in the mail to you. They are not too willing to upgrade to the Visa Signature even though my Visa Platinum has a limit now of $37,500. I also didn't get the promotion of 0% for 15 months because I was an existing customer. I was however socked with a 25.5% rate so needless to say this card won't see ANY balances carried forward. I was originally approved for $2,500 and had done a balance transfer at time of application for $4,000. Tried to cancel balance transfer once I got approved for $2,500 but WF said it couldn't be cancelled. When I consolidated my lines into one card with $37,500 they process the balance transfer and there was a $120 fee. The balance transfer was from Amex who received it and wouldn't send it back to WF. I called WF and paid the $4,000 balance today and requested that they waive the $120 balance transfer fee which they did to my surprise. I guess since they noted that I attempted to cancel balance transfer, they were sympathetic to my needs (especially since I paid the balance of $4,000). Check your promotion B335 before you do anything.

I posted a thread a couple weeks about what to do with my one year old Propel World card and with no luck PC to anything but Propel 365, decided to apply for the Cashback Signature card. The app was originally pending, then denied, so I called the backdoor number 12njoy gave me and asked for reconsideration. I explained the purpose was to save or reallocate the Propel limit. She made a few notes and a few days later it updated to approved for $1,000 limit. I called and asked for reallocation and they said to wait for the new card to arrive as the acct number hadn't been generated yet. I got the email today and it said the card is on the way.
There's little data available about Wells Fargo reconsideration, but it is possible. You just might need to jump through a few extra hoops. They said they can move the entire $8,000 limit over as long as the Propel has $0 balance.
It's great that they let you PC from an Amex to Visa. I've tried that with USAA and they said it's not possible.
