Wells Propel Approval

Hi all,

Back on October 30 I was approved for a Wells Fargo Propel with a 2,500.00 SL. Planning to use this as my main card, so SL is a little low but willing to let it grow. Scores are all in 760-780 range, all cards in my signature. I'm excited to have this card as it covers probably 80% of my spend.

Two questions for people who have Wells:
1.) When do Go Far Rewards post typically? Is it upon paying statement or some other time?
2.) What's a good tactic for increasing the credit limit on this? I always pay on time and will probably need to pay this down one to two times a month before the statement cuts. How long should I wait before asking for a CLI? Do they do auto CLIs?

Congrats! I also just got this card with the same SL lol. Planning to call recon when it comes in the mail and see if I can get a higher SL.

Rewards earned are posted in the succeeding statement which covers that period.

CLIs are now SP via phone call to CSR and they will ask your permission for a HP if they can't grant you SP one. YMMV but 6 months to a year will be the optimal time frame to ask for one. They occasionally hand out auto CLI but rarely per DPs shared here.

Let us know how the recon goes? .. WF is VERY conservative!
