i mean why were you not eligible
She said because it was a product conversion I would lose that offer. I was in a rush when I recieved the call and I ok'd the conversion on the fly. Hoping she was wrong though.

oh and datrucking2010 you didn't have an app for the premier rate card at all, so idk what happened to lead you to believe you were denied but it was never processed. you won't be getting any letters for denial from that.
This is the email I got. It probably spit out my app since I already have a card, rep also told me it was probaly because I already had a card.

Finally went to my local branch to close on the auto refi. Everything went smoothly. What caught me by surprise was that I had to video chat with the rep to close on the deal not with an actual rep at the branch. Never done that before but it was a piece of a cake. Now I just have to keep checking my SSFCU account to see the balance go to 0. Really loving this Credit union and I can't wait to pay this loan off and maybe get a truck at their lowest rate in a few years from now.

they send the payoff to SSFCU 3x a week so it won't take long. video conference is typical because of how our departments are. glad you're enjoying it thus far
This was my first time stepping inside an RBFCU and doing the video conference to sign the paperwork, something new to me. The only thing I was upset was the 1k LOC but you mentioned they are more stringent on those so I guess I should be happy I even got a grand from them. Overall the 15k CC limit and the refi at 2.99% won me over.
I was told that if I want a CLI on my Premier that I would have to take a HP. Is that true?
Also, I used to be able to transfer money off my credit card directly into my checking, but now it doesn't allow me to. Is this only allowed during the first few months of opening the account? I've had it for 7 months and I have a 0 balance.
Thanks!
