😆😆😆 I guess I just had lousy (or no) credit for so long, it's hard to believe I'm finally getting good cards. Once I start to relax, I start worrying about CLD and other horrible things... it's a hard habit to break.

Yikes.. just got the PDF disclosure from PenFed regarding the criteria used to set my CL and APR. Seems about five days ago I bought my EQ score from ScoreWatch and it was 694. When PenFed pulled it last night, it was 675. 😳 Maybe I'll just be happy I got approved at all and forget any recon business! lol

Just checked ScoreWatch again and EQ score is still showing as 694. Weird. Does ScoreWatch provide a legit FICO score?

Had to call in today to fund my savings acct. The transaction didn't go through when I applied. I dared to mention (😬) a possible CLI, but was treading lightly due to my score. The rep said recons have to be requested in writing. 🤷 I'm not going to press it! 

I got the final approval by email today with a link to sign the card agreement. I logged in to my acct and there it was: application completed and approved.

This is pretty cool. Happy to have a foot in the door with PenFed. Thanks again to everyone for the support and advice. 👍
