What information does a credit grantor get on a SP vs a HP?

In other words, we all know what a HP contains, but what does a SP include that gives the credit grantor enough information to make a decision on granting, or denying, credit? Thanks in advance

The same as one would get with an HP.

Adding: The only reason they code it as an HP is so that they can see who you are asking for credit between themselves, to be able to deny you for inquiries and to satisfy FICOs risk scoring.

"I guess you could call it "Honor among thieves." I can understand with a new customer, but when a existing card holder who has a track record with that particular bank, the least they could do is not penalize him/her for a CLI or other items of the same ilk.

Thanks, now I know the rest of the story!
