X1 credit card approval

So if any one got declined initially, highly recommended trying again if they send you this email.  Got instantly approved after they linked my bank account to prove my income. 

Really surprised honestly... No hard inquiry

No baddies,

All scores over 700,

Income to debt is at 20%

I read somewhere that X1 requires a Plaid link to your bank account where income is deposited. Is that accurate?

yes they do use Plaid to verify

i had an issue getting a good CL since i don't deposit all my paycheck to just one checking acct - so they offered me a limit that i didnt want to accept ($5k)

i just got an email about a Class Action Suit against Plaid for misusing the information when they connect to your bank acct - so that is something for people to keep in mind for future apps
