I have been hoping for a CLI on my Capital One for quiet sometime. Last increase was 01/2013 with the credit steps program. I decided to try out the out the live chat. I heard of people getting better results that way. I first asked for a PC (Product Change). They verified some info. I was upgraded to a Quicksilver. The crazy thing is I was approved for a Quicksilver One on 12/31 and they upgraded this one to a regular Quicksilver go figure. I also requested a credit limit increase. I was wanting it to help my UTI while I pay my balances down. I had to manually do it myself. I was approved for a additional $500. This is my first card that's $1,000. Which is not much but I am rebuilding my credit so I'm really excited. I have made a lot of progress on my credit within the past 30 days.
