If you don't use it then you're not generating activity for which they can say this person uses their account. It doesn't matter how much or how little you put on it just so long as you actually put something on it to generate a statement each month.
I put on average less than $6K per year on mine and started out at $4500 and over the last 2 years have amassed a $48K limit with them. I've documented it in a couple of threads around here because there wasn't already something there for Disco in comparison to everyone else. It's helped many achieve more with Disco than not. If you don't have patience, you and Disco won't workout too well. If you keep your head down and play the game you can turn it into everything you ever wanted with a simple rewards card. If you're a bonus chaser you have a year to do it before opening another Disco and repeating for a 2nd year.

That's what I thought too. It actually makes me want to apply for a discover to Add to my lineup since it seems like everyone talks about disco in these fourms. For a moment I thought my recently approved BofA card was less prime and popular since I hear more about discover lol.

BofA for most is alot tougher to get approved for than discover. Discover is just weird lender that many can't figure out.. BofA won't approve someone 1 year out of BK, Disocver will.. BofA won't approve people for most csaes with CO's/CA's, Disocver will, etc. Getting . bit off subject here though of the original thread. Discover and Cap1 target alot of the same sub-prime to prime people with credit, alot of similiarities

@ @CreditCuriousity .....I definitely agree with you. Seems like even people with a solid profile sometimes still have a hard time getting their foot in the door with BofA.
