it was sitting at 5k for a few months and it just got bumped to 7k limit.  credit score about the same the last 5-6 months.  target has been pretty generous to me i guess, from 500 to 7k in about 2 years.

Congrats..... totally jealous. Only had one increase. Cards been open 9 months and one $500 increase.

Target redcard has been good to me also since I joined in 2014. They have automatically given me 3 CLI over that period.  SL was $1100 now at $3400. I guess I will be right behind you soon, at the rate their going. What crazy is that I am at 45% util right now - but it coming down in 3 months.

This new target takeover has been great ... my redcard was at 500 forever like 3yrs but rarely used so didn't complai...after the recent upgrades handed out to Mastercard, i didnt get one but I updated my income nonetheless on their website ... soon after I was offered the upgrade and an increase to 2k! Whohooo ...since they showed love recently I decided to spend $33 on groceries at my local store ...whala .. just got a credit alert and they increased me again to 3k! Hmmm maybe ill spend again? Seriously hadn't used the card in almost a year. .. thx target!

Congrats OP.

mine was pretty quick too. One of the fastest i have seen around. $300 to $800 to $1300 to $4,000 MC upgrade in just about 9 months or a little less. For those Redcard holders with no cli, Target seems to like seeing balance on your statement.
