So far, I have spent about $800 - $900 and have about 35000 points (a mix of 5% gas and 3% dining/grocery).  35000 points is equal to $35.  The problem I am having is trying to use the points for gift cards.  I go to the directed shop your way gift card site and it tells me I have zero points.  I contacted citi SYW credit card and they told me I have to contact SYW directly.  Arrgghh.

Also, the way the intro bonus works is $75 statement credit for every $500 spent, up to $1500 spend ($225 max statement credit).  Well, I don't see my first $75 statement credit. 

Hopefully these things get worked out.

When logged onto searscard.com under the Credit Home tab do you see a rewards summary and a link to your points summary on the bottom right of the screen? 

As an aside, at least with the TYP earner point totals are updated right after each statement closes.  My own experience with statement credits is that they get applied whenever processed mid-cycle so your not seeing your 1st one yet is a bit of a head scratcher.

Do you have the SYW MAX app installed. It makes tracking and point redemption easy?? I would be curious as to what points you see in the app.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the input and help.  It looks like the SYW Help Request I submitted yesterday worked!  Received the below e-mail at 12:20pm today.  Less than 24 hgours.  Very nice.  I actually don't see my points on my citi Credit Home Page but her e-mail does say 2-3 days.  I do, in fact, now see my points on the gift card site and in the SYW app (both used to state 0 points).
