Welcome to the board. Were you already approved for the Discover? I sorry but I don't understand the sentence highlighted in blue. You can have the Discover IT and the Discover Miles thus if you qualify. So you can have 2.
Your scores are on the fair side. CAP 1 will be a good option for now and then give it 6 months until your scores improve a bit.
