I got approved for 2 credit card within 12 hour period..I am not sure why I feel uneasy but I guess its a good news. My credit is aroudnn 695 ish for trans and Equafax.
I was instant approved for Last night, Amex everyday card for $1000. This morning I applied for Amex Gold rewards, and was instant approved for no preset limit?
What is no preset limit??
Also can I combine points from everyday card to gold card for travel points ?
Edit: I applied for wrong gold card!! damn!!! I meant to do premier..I had to canceled it and applied for premier one...and was approved again and I dont know why
Nice, congrats on your amex approvals !

As long as the rest of your credit profile looks good (no bks, collection accoiunts, etc.) then there is no reason to feel uneasy. I was once approved for three AMEX cards (BCP, PRG, and SPG) in the span of one hour and I didn't trigger any AMEX red flags.
NPSL (No Preset Limit) means exactly that - There is no limit. However, this is not literal. It does not mean you have unlimited credit with AMEX. It just means you have undisclosed "limit" that goes up or down depending on your card usage and the rest of your AMEX profile.
Sorry - I do not have an answer regarding combining points. I currently only have the BCP (cash back) and Platinum (points back) so I have no experience there.

Congrats on the approvals, feel good about them.
Congrats! Well done!

Congrats! Nothing to be scared of, just don't let this affect your spending habits at all and don't spend money you don't have. Easy ![]()
Both the Everyday card and the PRG earn Membership Rewards points, so yes, you can combine what you earn on both cards.
