Anyone from recent experience know if the member has to request a cli, or does jfcu do auto cli's on thier cc or jloc? and is it one pull for both.

I know right, just call and ask, should have added in op, that upon calling several times and asking same question to different csr's, i get a different answer everytime. Yes they are very nice and all, thats why i thought i would ask here also, thx.

call their loans deparment, general csr are just that, general

I got a 10% anniversery CLI after 1 year. I haven't seen anything since then though and it's been a couple of years now. I'm not concerned with increasing the limit at the moment but, probably could "apply" for a CLI online or call them. They're pretty leniant for lending as long as you can support your limits and have built a history with them. They do account for 20% of my overall CL's though on just 1 card with them. Hope this helps.
