Excellent info Supersquid! my brother does the samething with his store cards. the banks keep raising his limits with no end in sight.
I have been using 3 of my cards like a mad man but still maintaining 27% by getting the new cards. I plan to pay off my balances next month so I can use it.

I did the long process and sat on 2015 debt rather than file for bankruptcy. Only one I ever paid off was for American Express because they sent me the invite. My scores today range 578TU, EQUIFAX 645, and EXPERIAN 607 now. Ienovo the other month gave me a 447 after getting back in with amex so they have increased quite a bit since then or it was off when I applied. All my debt is from 2015 so most has fallen off or is about to. I had like 3 collections fall off this month, 2 from barclays alone totalling over 5k together who sued me and got the judgement because i didn't bother showing up to court. it is not on my credit report from what I can tell. right now for transunion i am down to only 2400 for collections which are about to fall off for my 4 baddies, 13 inquries 28% utilization. equifax: 2 baddies equaling to 1500 in collection about to fall off , 9 inquries, 26% utilization. Experian: around 1900 give or take in collections. 27% utilization , 16 inquries.
It has been a long 7 years but worth it in my opinion.
Next february I should be clean slate. Right now I have 100% payment record.
