Has anyone one every been successful with getting them to remove the yearly annual fee an the monthly $7 fee from there account permanently.

I will have my account a year in June an if i can't get them to remove the fee's i'm gonna cancel the card before they hit me with another annual fee in June of this year.

My 1 year anniversary is in March 09, so if they cannot wave the fees, I will cancel.

They will milk ya till ya close it.

Just call them stating you want to you want to close the account. They will ask you why and will transfer you to an account specialist. That person will then ask you why you want to close it and state your exact reasons as to why and they will most likely counter by waiving the annual fee.

As far as the monthly fee, that "will not" be waived regardless of how you try to pursuade them or beg them to.
