25 Years 52K Limit Citi Prestige (150K) Total Citi

This post is to show how much Citi can love you after 25 years!

Been reading on here for about a year but never posted before. I see a lot of people asking about limits with different card companies and I just thought I would share my oldest card I have plus a few others with Citi. I have had this card for 25 years now and it’s been slowly going up in its credit limit from when it was opened. So for anybody out there interested this is possible.

(25 Year Old Card)

I always pay this card in full every statement and never used the cash advance once. Also in 25 years never missed one payment.

I'll also be happy to answer any questions about this card.

Update: I just applied for this card today. Instantly Approved!!

After some advice in the approved board I called up and asked for more as my other card has a higher limit. I lied and said I was unhappy with the limit. Smiley Tongue

After about 20 mins on the phone my card was linked to my account and this is what I see. I CANT WAIT TO GET THIS CARD IN THE MAIL!!!!

Some of my other cards include:

Home Depot Card (Citi) - $17,700

Best Buy Master Card (Citi) - $15,000

Sears Master Card (Citi) - $18,100

Chase Sapphire Preferred - $24,000

Barclay Master Card - $16,500

American Express PRG - NPSL

Well Fargo Visa - $18,000

Wells Fargo Out-Door Solutions Visa - $14,500

Discover - $15,000

US Bank Visa - $12,000

Capital One Master Card - $8,000

Wal-Mart Card - $5,800

Re: What you get with 25 years of Citi (48.5K Limit)

That's pretty incredible. What kind of interest rate did they give you on that card? Is it the best they offer?

Re: What you get with 25 years of Citi (48.5K Limit)

I assume you had to take HPs to get up to that? Or did they give you autos or soft CLIs?

I only asked for a CLI once and that was years ago. The rest have just been auto CLI's. Been slowly going up for years. Also I see you have the same card as me? Citi Dividend only you have the Visa?

I do. I believe I got that card in September of this year. I've been pretty happy with Citi so far.
