2nd CLI on 1st of 2 Navy Fed Cards

Long Story Short...I app'd and was approved for Cash Rewards Card then waited 100 days and recieved a SP CLI.  Fast Forward another 100 days and I app'd and was approved for GoRewards Card and 100 days after approval, recieved SP CLI on that card.   An addtional 120 days has passed since my SP CLI with the GoRewards Card and since neither limit has reached 25k yet, I'd like to get there.  My question is, "When is it safe for me request a SP CLI for either card at this point?"

Try around the first week of September near the next AR, should have at least 6 months since original approval. Worse that happens you get hp and no cli, best case you get sp cli. To me , worth the risks with NavySmiley Wink
