5/24 Rule question

Hey everyone, just wondering to eligible for a new card, do i have to be 4/24 or atleast at 5/24 ? Im currently at 5/24 bu will be 4/24 in 2 more months.

Wait those 2 months. However to just be safe id personally wait 3 months just to make sure the credit bureaus have updated the current 5/24 down to 4/24.
