I have 2 5/3 trio rewards cards with $0 balance that I've had a few years. I will never use these cards again due to their HORRIBLE customer service but would keep them if their CLI were done with a soft pull. Can anyone verify?
HP unless you receive an auto-CLI. However, if you are not using them much at all, there will be little incentive for 5/3 to approve a CLI, even with a HP. A variety of these requests are usually reviewed manually.
