A reliable back door telephone number for WaMu's Acct. Specialist

Does anyone have one? The only # I have, other than the number on back of card  is: 800-788-7000. And I don't think it's the number to an account specialist. Just a CSR. Plus I keep talking to people in a foreign country, which makes me think it is an overflow call center.

The reason I want one is that I have a 1 month old WaMu card and it's not showing up on any CR from the 3. And I've received and paid my first statement. And it DOES have activity on it.

Is your question that you want to know why it is not showing on any CR's?

If so,

It is because sometimes it can take up to a full 3 to 4 months to report depending on the co. and who they report to. 

Sometimes a co. won't report at all.

However, I don't have WaMU so maybe I can bump and someone w/ WaMu will give an answer closer to what you are hoping to hear.

I have a wamu card since early october , haven't use it once, cause the losers won't let me pay with a savings account wamu is stuck in 1990's , no paperless billing . err

1800-356-0011 Wamu CC CSR, other number is for banking  dept. not lending dept.

Glad to help you. Read so many post in which you helped other members also. Just pass number along to other frustrated wamu cc holders. I myself have wamu cc plat mc, cl 1500... opened in 02-07 with no clis. Current balance is 108 will PIF sock drawer the sucker

The 1-800-788-7000 number for WAMU is basically for Checking, Debit Cards and Savings Accounts only. The CC Division has a different number.  I know I have it here somewhere.  I'll have to search for it!

It took WAMU close to 3 months to start reporting my CC when I first got it. A month is nothing they seem to be a little slow. Also it took my bill a little over a month to get. Like one of the other posters said they are stuck in the 90's.
