Just a quick question.
I know that AMEX 61 day CLI is based on a SP. The question is that do they use a fresh SP that they preform when you request the CLI or do they use a SP that was previously done when they do a "account review" on your credit file.
I was approved for $5400 BCE back in october. I've put maybe $500-$700 through the card. I'm not expecting a 3x CLI on the BCE but I would like to get over the $10k mark, maybe $11k. I know its nowhere near a guarantee but I'd give it a try.
They will likely pull last months statement or a time just before it. If you know you were holding a big balance before your statement cut, you may wanna wait another month.

Ya, I had a $4800 statement balance on my CSP which has $5000CL. I had changed my due date, but the statement cut date hadn't change yet. oops. I was around 25% utilization overall.
With the new accounts, my EQ FICO was 710, but after the reported utilization, and an additonal account coming out of dormant status(my Cap1 which I sockdrawed, but got charged AF), my scored dipped into 686.
They base it off of the last account review. Just a warning, they don't necessarily pull the same cr for account review that they did to approve the card, I was approved for card on a ex pull, but they have softed tu every month since I got a zync in march. In between, they pulled ex twice and eq once. Given Amex isn't pro-bbalance, I'd wait until your report updates, then give it a few weeks, unless you need the CLI right now.

Na, I'm not in a hurry.Just looking forward to break the barrier of $10,000 CL. I'd like to apply for a Citi Dividend World Elite Mastercard in the future, and get all my cards over $10k not that I need it

What exactly do they see on the account review/soft pull?

Same as a hard pull. List of accounts, balances, payment history, etc. only difference is the inquiry isn't visible to other creditors.
