AMEX ANNUAL FEE AFTER UPGRADING TO PLAT

I got Amex Gold in Dec 2023. With SUB 90K MR

I upgraded to PLAT around Nov 2024 (surprise not exactly one year). With SUB of 125K MR

now I only see a memebership renewal of $250 on my account posted Jan 11.

surprise I was not charged $695 for the Amex Plat annual fee.

assume it was a glitch on their part and they charge me for gold annual fee

- the new gold annual fee is $325, so why am I charged $250

'any insights.

i chacked all my current transactions and past statements,  I could not find additional membership charge.

I believe your new anniversary date will now be January for billing purposes so you should see a $445 charge on your February statement.
