AMEX BCE?

Hi Team-

I have the offer for a AMEX BCE on my screen.  Can anyone confirm if it is a softpull or hard pull if I add it if you are already a member?

I recently got the Delta Gold on 11/27 and the PRG on 12/12.

It will be HP if you are approved. If not, SP.

I have read on here before that it is a hard pull if you get approved, but if you get denied, they do not do a hard pull.

Recently there were some reports of an HP even at denial.

Yes.  But almost certainly a HP if approved (no SCT here!)

Expect a HP. It is the best way to approach all apps.
