AMEX Blue Cash Everyday Card

So I am a new member of AMEX and have the blue cash everday card, I have been recieving 10% cash back at resturaunts... after looking on their website it seem's that is only a perk to the AMEX BCE preferred card or am I wrong?

In addition, I can request 3x CLI on day 61 after opening my first account with them, correct?

Re: AMEX Blue Cash Everyday Card

The 10% perk is for the first 6 months IIRC on either BCE or BCP for the recent signup bonus in addition to the $150/$250 in 3 months.

61 days for the first CLI if you don't have any other AMEX cards.  If you miss the date by a day or two and see a denial... don't despare as it doesn't reset the clock or impose the 90 day rule.  Just go back a couple of days later and try again and you should get it or a counter offer.

Wait so how exactly does it change if you have multiple Amex cards?

If you have multiple CREDIT cards with AMEX you can only get a CLI after 180 days of the last approved CLI.  So, say you get BCE and hit CLI 61 days into it and then pick up ED you can't hit the CLI on the ED until 180 days passes from the BCE CLI that's successful.  If you get denied outside of the 60 day period then it's a 90 day wait between attempts.

Something odd I noticed on my last thing with AMEX was the CLI screen said to wait 30 days before trying again but, it's well documented with the above timing.

Re: AMEX Blue Cash Everyday Card

i recently got my first 180 day cli.  dont worry just keep your balances low and PIF each month and youll get your cli in no time.  i went from 1k in aug, to 3k in oct to 9k this month.  :-) Not to mention mutiple additional amex cards in betwen all that.  follow the amex cli thread pretty close as well.  good luck!
