New to the forum and have appreciated all the help I received here.
Just wanted to pass along quick story about interaction I just had with AMEX on chat:
- I originally had a question about when my statement would cut. Answered that very courteously and pointed out where I could actually see that online (Duh!).
- I then asked about the FICO scores showing on some accounts. He explained that it is a slow rollout and that I should see it at some point, but couldn't provide a date.
- I mentioned I had a corporate card through work and wondered if I could get my new personal Delta Gold Membership Date to reflect that? He researched for about a minute and came back with ABSOLUTELY! I just had to verify my e-mail, etc. and he provided me a message stating I'd be backdated to 2008 and to expect my updated card in about two weeks!
Just wanted to pass on a story of great customer service. Seems like we all read when it's bad, but when it's great we gloss over it! Kudos to AMEX today!

Sounds about right for AMEX, imho.
I've always had a great experience with their customer service both online and on the phone.
