Need help with how miles are calculated.
I just received this card in the last month, and received my first bill, my miles were less then the dollar amount I charged in qualified purchases.
I did create a Plan-It, and my Plan-It amounts for the charge is what I am short in miles.
Do I get these miles after the plan is charged, or do you just lose the miles when you create a plan?

With the somewhat similar Pay Over Time on the charge cards, I always got the Membership Rewards. This is certainly the first time I've seen this question posed. I would assume that you will get them when it is paid, then. You could always call Amex or tweet @AskAmex (tomorrow) to confirm. If you do, please let us know!
I already questioned it. The cust service rep couldn't figure it out and requested an investigation.
I know when you do a Plan It with AMEX they credit your account and set it up differently. I think I may of discovered a bug.
