AMEX Email Offer?Same as Mail Offer?

got an email offer from amex for the blue cash everyday and the offer expires on the 29th.I dont see a pre approval or pre quilified anywhere,better yet a promo code for me to plug into amex website to response to my mail offer.

what does it mean?

what should i do?

I got that today too but I was denied for the BCE earlier this month. They dont have a recent soft pull on their records and they denied me based on their last soft pull.

That's unusual sounds like a general mailing. I've never seen one w/o even an invite #

When your on AMEX site it even asked for invite #

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

it is just an ad.

everyone who subscribed to their email offers, or are in their database, got the email (unless you already have BCE or a similar card, of course).

a pre-approval will state your APR after the introductory period, an opt-out option, and a code or a pre-filled form with your name and address and basic info on it.
