Ok I understand you mods are super conservative and have to police bad info. You then called out my info as inaccurate (bad). As I re-read my reply to OP, I do not see it. No profile is exactly the same so we actually must compare apples to tangerines. We just can't compare apples to a sea otter or something. Anyways, I appreciate this board and am done on this thread. OP sent a DM to thank and that is good enough for me.

Way to be condescending. Your "contribution" to this thread is what?

@KanesInferno I think the Credit One Amex is great. I always hear wonderful things about Credit One Bank. And I've been a loyal American Express member since 1997. I would be proud to have the Credit One Amex. In fact I'm going to be getting it when I'm ready to add another card. I already have a pre approval waiting for me on Experian, and I can't wait to get it.
I mean AF1 you do you by all means and carry in your card case whatever you wish and are happy with, no9 judgment from me on that at all. BUT I've seen you make this comment a couple times now so I had to chime in. Credit One is absoluetly one of the biggest, worse Predatory lenders/credit card issuers in the game. They will issue a low limit card with a sky high APR with zero grace days i.e. interest charged from very minute of purchase, High AF's and other high fees to just about anyone breathing with a 500 Fico score. They are known for that and as a absolute rebuilder card regardless of how it's branded. I had 2 of their cards when I had to start my rebuild and couldn't wait to close them as soon as that rebuild allowed. Like I said I'm not knocking you at all or what cards you want. Again you do you. But research is your friend.

And with nearly 30 configurations for their basic card alone, credit one also offers cards with no annual fee, no random fees, a grace period, rewards, and better interest rates than Amex, chase, etc.
I really never understood the brand bashing on this forum. Just because you may have had a bad experience with them doesn't mean everyone will.

The CretitOne AMEX Rewards card has a $95 AF, but earns 5% on basic spend categories, up to $5k spend per year. If I recall it does have a grace period, so it ranks as a pretty good card, one you can make net positive rewards on, from CreditOne. So having this as a goal card is legit.

Yep, I have the 5% variant. I personally think rewards wise it's a decent card, are there better options? Absolutely.. but it's not as terrible as some are saying. Now the 1% version of it is seriously lacking.
I will say I'm only planning to keep it until I can get the Blue Cash Preferred (how ever many years that may be) but for now I'm happy with it. Especially since I also have the Blue Cash Everyday AMEX, having both will do my needs well.
