I was just wondering, can you redeem the points for cash back with a PRG? I am debating on if I don't get approved for the CSP if I should go for for the CS or AMEX PRG. CS has a $100 bonus, and AMEX has a 25,000 membership points bonus. How much is that 25,000 worth in terms of say a statement credit?

If you want cash back then I don't think you should be applying for any of these cards. There are much better options.
Well the reason I would like to get the CSP is for the signup bonus (40k Points) and I would really like to stay with Chase. I already have the Freedom and I would like to be able to have a Visa Sig, along with being able to consolidate UR points. Basically I would use the CSP for all my purchases until I get the bonus, and then use my CSP for all purchases except whatever the Freedom has 5% back in. And I would 2x the points back at restaurants.

The 40k points are nice, but if your not redeeming through travel partners then I really wouldn't recommend this card. The bonuses aren't that great from a cash back vierwpoint and there are much better cards out there. I would recommend looking at the Barclays World arrival if you want a cash back style travel card. It also has a 40,000 bonus for only $1,000 spend and it has a lower annual fee than the CSP, plus 2x miles on all purchases, free fico scores, 10% miles back when you redeem for travel, 0% apr for the first 12 months. I understand being loyal to chase, but there is no real point in doing so given the way you want to use your points. You can get cash back on your freedom as it is.
Wow that look's like a great card. Lower AF and I already have a card with them with a pretty nice limit. Does that card have a credit limit that it has to definitely have (like the CSP has a minimum 5k)? I most likely will just go for the Barclay Arrival. And another Q, can I transfer some of my Sallie Mae limit to my Barclay Arrival if I am not to happy with the limit?
Thanks
Just to clarify something. I wouldn't recommend the barclay world arrival if you are not redeeming for travel expenses. Its 2 miles for every $1 spent. And if you redeem for travel its great, but if you are redeeming for something other than travel its only as .05 return per mile. Of course, based on the cards you are asking about I assume you are interested in using rewards for travel. If not then none of these cards are a good idea. When redeemed on travel you would receieve a an initial bonus worth $440 cash back after spending 1k within first three months with the world arrival.

I'm not sure if it has a min limit or about ability to transfer limits between the cards. I don't have the world arrival card at the moment but I think I will be picking it up in the future when I close out my venture card, assuming the offer is still the same at the time.
I do not travel, so it would only be for cash back, statement credits etc.

Just use the MR points to redeem HD GCs when they're 20% off face value. Then, go through topcashback and sell them to Cardpool. You'll cashout with approximately $250 for the 25K MR points.

Ok, then none of these cards are ideal for you. I recently got the Amex BCP which is a great cash back card. I think the Discover IT card is supposed to be solid for cash back as well.
