AMEX PRG Retention Offer

Called in to cancel my PRG since the Platinum Card is now my go-to. Got transferred to Membership Services, rep offered me $75 to keep my card open, needless to say I took the offer considering it's basically free money. Maybe I'll just end up keeping this card around for another year or two since I do enjoy having a decent point structure in 3x airfare, 2x Resturants/Gas/Supermarkets, and 1x everywhere else. JUST INVITE ME TO CENTURION, thanks love ya AMEX.

What is centurion? I'm guessing some Premier Amex account. Now I need to search and read. :/

invite only(10K first year fee) and I think you have to spend at least 250K from FT and some folks on here. Centurion is nice if you have $$$$

Absolutely no conditions or spending requirements whatsoever... just a free $75. I originally got the 20k/$2k spend offer, and I've run about $5,000 through the card in 6 months. My Platinum Card now gets the majority of my spend.
