I just checked AMEX prequal tool and it told me I was good for the 100k plat offer, which is great. I want the Schwab plat, will the 100k still be good for a co branded plat? How long does the 100k offer last once offered
I may not want to apply immediately as I just got the CSR in June.
Additionally, little piece of FYI, "card match" tool only shows me good for 60k, not 100k. If you want to know, check straight with AMEX.
Update:
I spoke with Schwab's exclusive Plat line and the gal stated she believes the 100k bonus would NOT go thru on the Schwab plat, tho she really didn't sound that sure.
Has anyone had any experience with this?
Just so I understand correctly are you asking if the 100k SUB is ever offered on the Schwab Plat?

Correct, I'm curious if my 100k SUB eligibilty will also be available with Schwab plat as they're both Plats. However, I am getting the feeling they are considered two seperate products.
I got Schwab Platinum the morning it launched and I don't think I've heard of it ever offering anything other than 40k as a $450 card or 60k as a $550 card.
It is a different product, so don't expect any sort of offer match, or for Schwab Platinum to offer 100k publicly just because the regular Platinum does.

+1
MI think the bonus is only available for the normal Platinum.
If there is a bonus available for the Scwab it would only be for that card.
That bonus could also be a theoretical 100k points, but a different bonus altogether.
I could be wrong, but I think that’s how it works

Thanks, was! That is kind of what I was afraid of.
Thats a fair amount of cash I'd be forfeiting so I might get the standard plat keep for a year and get the schwab as a cash out option.
Thanks agian!

OP, unless you specifically receive a targeted offer from Schwab (i.e. existing brokerage client), the highest I've seen was 75K (IIRC). So, unfortunately you will not see one for 100K...not for Schwab at least.
Thanks FinStar.
You guys are more helpful thank Schwab and AMEX. Another reason I enjoy this place!
