AMEX SUB QUESTION

Ok. Just out of curiosity. How long does it take amex to give you your statement credit for the SUB after reaching the required spend? Just curious because I don't want a high balance but I also want to buy something soon but not til I can pay it back sooner rather than later (that's just how I am with credit nowadays). Don't like borrowing more than I can afford. Hoping all you AMEX pros can help me out here .Doesnt have to be exact. Just a good guesstimate. I noticed that on my delta card I already got the 10,000 bonus miles within a week after meeting the spend .But I didn't pay attention too closely as to when it was available .Anyone who has experience with this please chime in .Thanks .

Mine posted within 24hrs of the purchase that put me at the required spend amount posted (after it's pending purchase status).

For my Delta Gold card. It was within a week of hitting the required spend.

For my PRG. It didn’t show up in the pending MR points section for about 3 weeks. And I spent well over the 2K required. It didn’t actually post to my account until the 2nd statement cut.

My BCE SUB posted the day after I hit my spend.

For pending MR bonuses, AmEx has been known to post them immediately if you contact them and ask after you meet the spend. They may ask you to make a payment to cover the transactions but they are definitely willing to expedite when asked.
