AMEX blacklist...only on Plat card?

Burned Amex in a bk13 back in 2011, been trying to get back in since 2016 after the discharge...

Was finally to get in sometime ago as an AU wtih my cousin's Bonvoy card...thought i was good to go there...

But every time we try for an AU on the Platinum card, it was denied...

We tried not supplying the SSN until we receive the card and within minutes of activating the card, it gets cancelled...

However, we tried again with a GOLD card off the Platinum, and that seems to be ok...

Am I only being blacklisted for the Platinum???

Has your cousin called in to see why they cannot add you to their account with a Platinum card of your own?
