I am also experiencing a delay in my FICO score update. The last update was April 13 and I should've received a new score by now.
4/13 here too. I was really waiting for this one after my little mini app spree. Checked Discover yesterday and it wen from 799 > 792 so meh I'm ok. Take your time Amex.
My last amex fico score was of april 23rd so hopefully monday i will be getting an new updated score and hopefully it will match the new EX fico that discover is offering as well.
I am wondering if usage is tied to if they sp an fico score for you . The reason i was wondering this is because my barclays fico score hasn't been updated since 3/28, and i haven't used my barclays aa card in ages.
Chiming in that my score also hasn't been updated since April 2nd.
My Amex FICO used to update once a month around the end of the month. Surprisingly, my last few updates were around April 2nd, April 20th, and now May 11th

You are not alone Be patient.
I just looked at my score. It has not been updated since April 13th.
Amended from 14th; looked again today to see if any new update and realized I had posted the wrong date.
My score was recently updated for 5/14. The previous score it shows in the GUI is for 3/23. However, I did get a score last month from 4/20. March and April's score was the same for me, but there were not many changes in my report either. May's score update was a small bump up.

I'm curious if the SP has actually been done and we just aren't getting the FICO score, or if there's been no SP at all since then.
I'm in the 4/2 batch, too. Checked today my Experian and Amex SP'd me on 4/29.
^^^ This is awesome to hear.
If they don't update the FICO score (that is displayed to us) in a day or two I might go ahead with my CLI request anyway, knowing that they likely have the new info even though we can't see it.
(it's a coin-toss either way in my case)
Thanks for sharing!
Keep us posted, UncleB
