AOD CC Website / Mobile App

Is it just me or does AOD's website for tracking your CC spending leave a lot to be desired?

On the mobile side of it, I can't even get their app to work, all it does when I log my information in is a circle hourglass.

And the website  Smiley Frustrated, I don't know...no specifics of what's charged and when. I tried clicking on "Smart Money
manager" and its not much better.

What am I missing here? This card is going to see a lot of use and I need to be able to track everything.

May be time for a new phone?? I've had my current iPhone for less than a year and the apps load about as fast as my other financial apps.

There are TWO apps to manage the accounts and card so make sure you download both.  The AOD CU app shows just your banking accounts.  The AOD Card Controls app shows just credit card activity and allows you to do mobile management.   Also, the AOD CU elink login just takes you to a master page that primarily shows your banking accounts.  It shows a simple summary of your credit card information but no details.  If you go to the top menu bar (see below), there is a button for "AOD VISA Card."  If you click on this, it opens up a new browser window for a separate login.  That has to be set up initially.  After it's set up, all you have to do is the elink login, click the Visa Card button and it takes you immediately to your Visa Account Summary page where you can also expand to your detailed charges like you do on the AOD card controls app.  Overall, with two apps and two web windows to manage the banking accounts and card, it's a little more cumbersome than most lenders but it's manageable.  To get the 3% cash back, it's a small inconvenience to me.

+1

The interfaces aren't the most user friendly, and setup of everything was a PITA. However, once you know quirks and layout. It's all pretty easy to use. Just make sure you allow pop ups in mobile browser.

ETA: Meant to say pop ups, not block ups. LOL!

Should've stayed in bed today!!

From what I can tell from the website, you can only add one payment source, correct?

It gives you option to add Checking, or Savings. Not sure if you can do one of each, multiples, or single account. I only entered a single Checking. Easy to add and edit.
