Jsut curious as to if the APR listed on my statements includes the prime rate? Im thinking it does? USAA shows me my actual rate +prime. Discover, If ound out oday, shows my rate including prime. My others I have no idea, I asuume they include the prime rate? Anybody know for certain or have a guess?
