AT&T MasterCard

Does any one have any experience with this card. I know it is backed by Citi bank. I have been an AT&T customer for years and have never had a late payment. In fact I pay each month as soon as the bill cuts. Just wondering if any one who has this card would mind sharing FICOs when they got it.

Thanks

Re: AT&T MasterCard

I received the ATT Universal card back in 2001 while a student.  Citi was very generous with its CLI's.  I received  CL up to $3800 from $1000.  Unfortunately, the card was CO'd as I had no money to pay it. I used the money to live it up, and got cash advances for the Casino.   The account was sent to an attorney near me.  I paid the acccount in full  to an attorney in person, and asked him to list the account as Paid As Agreed.  He did just that.  Fast forward...Citi deleted the account and issued me the  Citi Platinum Select with a CL of $4000.  Citi believes in redemption.  You may get RJ'ed, but the people there are great.  Great company to do business with despite the recent AA's.

Thanks DI,

As my scores get better and my baddies fall by the way side I am considering my first apps in the non sub-prime arena. Will my pristine history with ATT help in the decision or does Citi accept/decline the application? It won't be for a few more months as I am waiting for a Judgment to fall off TU on 05/2010. Just doing my research and trying to get all my ducks in a row.

I have 2 Orchard bank cards 1 is 4 years old and the other less than a year. They have nothing but great history both with payment and utilization. I even get a (requested) CLI every 6 months. HSBC offers some higher end cards with cash back and no AF. Is it worth a look or should I just go for the big time.

Thanks,

CB
