Best Buy probably pulled EQ, and Discover often pulls TU.
Kroger is very underrated, and usually pulls EQ . They gave me a starting CL of 6K and 15.99% last May. They report to all bureaus.
I would recommend staying away from Chase, as they may give paltry starting CL's. They gave me $400 and since bumped to $900.
Nordstrom pulled EQ and then later pulled EX. The best best for department stores may be Kohl's or Macy's.
You might want to go do a pre-approval for an Amex charge. They almost always pull EX.
