35ish on each... I think eq is the lowest at 31 lol.

It hurts... The reasoning is due to a HUGE score bump I never had before. I joined the forums almost a year ago with low 500 scores. I brought them up to almost 700's and went Insane. I bought two new vehicles in the last year and app'd for lots of cards and CLI.

I am now in the garden and my roots are deep-- I will not be straying out anytime soon!!

When was the last time you applied? Did you have to recon? What did they say about your inqs?.. and what was your answer?..

Assuming the OP will garden at least a year, then you'll see a nice bump up in your scores once the HP fall off/stop affecting your score.

I have had no trouble being approved-- haven't been denied for anything in 6 months (Chase/Discover/GECRB). I had to recon for the freedom but was instantly approved for GECRB/Walmart and Oldnavy and Discover it with 26+ inquiries.
Which to me was surprising.

I actually just got a $1250 auto increase from chase minutes ago lol....

Income is $70,000 and Fico's average low 600 area.

I hope you're right about gardening for a while and seeing a big score increase.

If I could get general revenue and old GECRB charge offs from 3 years ago off my reports if be sitting pretty.
